Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was more like a 3 or 4-star place that beat our expectations with a convenient super-mercato nearby. However, they never offered an upgrade or bellman assistance despite the room feeling uncomfortably warm at 24°C.
I was pleasantly surprised by this 4-star hotel near Garhibaldi Plaza. The rooms, however stylish, felt more like a 2-3 star business hotel. The staff here, while personable, seemed to struggle with basic service concepts.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while not as spacious as our previous stay in Bologna, were okay and perfectly clean. However, the lack of an upgrade offer or help with moving to a cooler room was a letdown. The service was friendly and helpful, although some issues were left unresolved. The location was convenient for exploring the town, but might not be ideal for seniors due to the distance from the old city. The dining options were diverse but not extraordinary. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the reception staff were eager to assist. The location was convenient, though the bathrooms were a bit cramped. The dining options were varied but not exceptional. Overall, a good value for money choice.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms beat our expectations with a convenient super-mercato nearby but were smaller than anticipated. It was quiet during my stay, but some maintenance issues were present. The service had its ups and downs, with friendly and accommodating staff, but also moments of disagreement. The location was good for walking into town but might not be ideal for elderly guests due to the distance. Dining was excellent with fresh options available. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
